His Story
Kevin was born and raised in Newmarket, Ontario. He played in six leagues over the course of his career: the Ontario Junior Hockey League (OJHL), Ontario Hockey League (OHL) where he was the captain, International Hockey League (IHL), East Coast Hockey League (ECHL), United Hockey League (UHL) and West Coast Hockey League (WCHL). Kevin was drafted to NHL in 4th round to the Ottawa Senators.
Kevin’s leadership is evident on and off the ice. As a human performance coach, Kevin Boyd leverages his deep understanding of hockey and a holistic approach to empower athletes. His expertise extends beyond the ice, incorporating physical conditioning, mental resilience, and strategic thinking into his coaching philosophy. Kevin’s personalized training programs are designed to optimize players’ potential, fostering a balance between skill development and overall well-being. Through mentorship and motivation, he inspires individuals to reach new heights in their athletic endeavors, creating a legacy of success both on and off the hockey rink.

As a dedicated fan, Bing has followed the sport with unwavering enthusiasm, cheering for teams, attending games, and immersing himself in the strategic intricacies of hockey.
Beyond the world of sports, Bing brings a unique professional background to the table. Holding the prestigious title of Professional Engineer (P.Eng) and Project Management Professional (PMP), Bing has demonstrated a commitment to excellence in his career. With a keen eye for detail, organizational skills, and a knack for managing complex projects, Bing is now channelling his expertise into a new arena: organizing a hockey summer camp.
With a focus on creating a positive and inclusive environment, Bing is determined to introduce the joys of hockey to a new generation of players.
